FAQ

Questions, answered.

Everything you need to know before your first visit. Can't find it here? Message us on WhatsApp or send a note through Contact.

Do I need experience to play?

No. Most people who walk in have never held a racket. Start with a free padel intro lesson: a coach walks you through the basics and you play real points in your first session, no gear or experience required. (This offer is padel only, and isn’t available for pickleball.)

What's included in the free padel intro lesson?

Racket, balls, court and coach, plus a free drop-in afterward, so you can keep playing with people at the same stage as you. No membership required. This is a padel-only offer.

Is there parking?

Yes. Parking is available at both the front and back of the building.

What should I wear on court?

Non-marking court shoes are required on all padel and pickleball courts. Regular running shoes with dark or marking soles aren’t permitted.

What's your cancellation policy for bookings?

Court and class bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. This is separate from membership cancellation; see below.

How do memberships renew and cancel?

All memberships renew automatically. To cancel, notify us in writing at least 5 days before your renewal date.

Do you offer coaching?

Yes. Group and private lessons with our coaches, plus a coaching partnership with the Edmonton Padel Association. Every new padel player also gets a free padel intro lesson.

When are the padel drop-ins?

Friday and Saturday evenings. It's a player-rotation format: turn up, get matched, and play.

Do you have pickleball too?

Yes. Three dedicated pickleball courts alongside our four padel courts, with pickleball-specific membership tiers and weekly organized play with Pro Jorge.

How far ahead can I book a court?

It depends on your membership tier: anywhere from 7 to 21 days in advance. Higher tiers get a longer advance-booking window; see the Memberships page for specifics.

Is there a program for kids?

Yes. The Junior Academy runs four levels for ages 6 and up, September to June, plus level-based junior tournaments.

Where are you located?

3260 16 Street, Unit 200, Nisku, AB. About ten minutes from Summerside, ten from Chapelle, and twelve from Leduc.
